Cozy little house, well-maintained. Lighted make-up mirrors in the rooms were a nice touch to facilitate getting ready with just the one bathroom! Minor hiccups were quickly handled by the host, which is always appreciated. Would stay again!

Great location, felt off the beaten path but close to everything. The inside was very nice. There was a coffee spill down the kitchen cabinet and only one tray for ice (no ice maker), but otherwise, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

The property was nice but the area was very loud. Lots of vehicles with loud music driving by at all hours. I wish there was a small table in the dining area. We had nowhere to sit while eating. But overall it was a good stay

Great weekend!

Wonderful property for a weekend getaway. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and I would book this property again if we were to go back to Nashville in the future. A/C worked REALLY well which is a requirement to stay in the South. Depending on the time of day it was a short Uber ride to Broadway bars for 15-40.

Best little house in Nashville

Perfect for the weekend wedding reception, just 2 minutes from the reception venue. I loved the warmth of the house with lights on, music playing, and perfectly clean ready to welcome you beds! Loved it and will recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous stay in Nashville.
