Won’t be back…

Was hard to understand the desk person. He was taking a personal call at the same time while trying to help us. Bathroom was disgusting it was dirty and outdated and we saw what looked like poop on the wall. Parking lot was good. Fridge wasn’t real cold. Overall wouldn’t be back. TV low quality.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the "leather" on the chair was worn through in places and we had to take office clips to secure the drapes that were falling off the curtain rod. his is the first time that we've gotten a shoddy room.

We had a service animal- and they put us in a room that smelled like soured husky piss! We missed housekeeping and young girl on night desk refused to provide a clean towel. I wanted to extend my reservation another night, but because I booked through a third party, was told we would have to leave at 11 and come back at 3 pm. Breakfast was not breakfast- stale cereal and spoiled milk.

The room was pretty disgusting and dilapidated. Floor tiles were filthy. Bathroom was in terrible shape, hair on the shower wall, curtain rod brackets were loose close to falling out of the wall, etc.

Comfortable Enough

The stay was overall comfortable enough, but there were a few things that I was not impressed with. The most pressing thing was that the floor of the shower felt mushy. We both felt that if we had stood in the wrong spot we’d have gone through the floor. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, and there was only a shower curtain, no liner, so of course the curtain got soaked and weighed down the rod even more. There was a brown streak in the shower, but that was the only mark against cleanliness. The AC worked really well, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I think if we had simply been in a better kept room we would’ve had a greater experience.

The shower faucet was weird and it was hard to use the shower... The handle did not have a point where it stopped, it just kept going around. There was no shampoo/soap in the bottles in the bathroom. It was not quiet, people were stomping and talking loud at all hours of the night around the room. When I checked in the man behind the desk gave me an attitude because I asked for a room to accommodate my needs. I won't be going back!
