Condo was perfect! Bed super comfy- everything as pictured. Perfect location. Parked vehicle in nice shaded area. Never drove. Walked to Broadway/ Printers Alley/ Museum/ Ryman/ Farmers Market/ to the pedestrian bridge/ jumped on “ hop on & hop off” bus tour ( recommend- nice layout of the land).Stayed out late one nite ( used Uber to come back- it was later in eve 8). Fyi:Electric bikes / scooters to rent everywhere.We did drive to Grand Ole Opry (25 min & easy- well organized, recommend a show there). Broadway is LOUD- Miranda Lambert has nice quieter area for lunch ( upstairs).Broken Egg- great breakfast ( great service)Legend's on Broadway- nice Tshirts Every Place on Broadway has entertainment ( BAND) morning & eve. People super friendly/ alot of-homeless ( but under control). Enjoy your visit- a lot to do Tammy

The unit was very well appointed and clean. The location was very nice right on the Cumberland River. The walk to downtown takes about 15 minutes, but is relatively scenic along the river. Parking was secure and adequate.

We loved every part about our stay in the condo. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and decorated beautifully. The river view was not only fantastic, but it was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the river & party boats go by. The location was perfect and convenient to almost anything we wanted to do. We could walk to Printer's Alley in 10 minutes, and to Broadway in less than 20 minutes. We didn't require anything really, but Rebecca, who was loveley, was in touch with us both at the beginning and end of our stay. We will defintely stay at one of her condo rentals again, and will reccommend them to friends & family. Thank you!!!

Parking was easy and secure. Our view from the balcony was very nice, we sat out at the bistro table a lot. Location was great! we walked everywhere. Kitchen was good, we cooked a few of our meals and had everything we needed.

Very nice place to stay when visiting Nashville - if your activities are are downtown and/or at Nissan Stadium. Everything from the stadium to Bridgestone Arena are within easy (1 mile) walking distance. Parking seemed secure. Surrounding area seemed secure. Condo is the perfect size for a single couple - or a couple with one or two small children. Balcony (small) overlooking the Cumberland was nice - and that's where my wife and I spent our evenings (after the days events.) Bottom line - I highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful property and a fabulous stay! Rebecca is an amazing host! Communication was amazing and her response time very much appreciated! She even responded within 5 minutes after I was unable to locate the entry code upon my arrival AFTER MIDNIGHT! The bed was extremely comfortable and she offered so many “just in case” items! Although I did not need them, I thought it was a great touch! Lastly, property staff was warm and helpful as well!!! I will be back!!!!

Everything was so good! So nicely decorated with so many extra amenities! The electric fireplace was so nice and cozy and the cute balcony with the river view was great. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and pretty. Coffee, water, snacks, makeup remover wipes and so many thoughtful extras were provided. Good location with about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Great communication and easy checkin. Will definitely stay here again!

Our condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the view of the Cumberland River. We chose this unit because of the fireplace, but it wasn’t quite chilly enough for us to turn it on for more than 10 minutes. Our host Rebecca, was outstanding and very responsive. We had a question about something and I mentioned my wife had come down with the flu and Rebecca came over to check on our question and also brought us extra water and carbonated water. Who does that?? That’s outstanding customer service, and, while not necessary, was very much appreciated. We would definitely return to this property.

Communication was responsive and quick. Apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, quiet, extra pillows. TV was OK, but no Amazon, Netflix or ESPN. Covered parking was a huge plus. During warmer days we would have walked everywhere, but Uber's were 7. Lots of great restaurants and attractions were within blocks. Would recomend and would stay again.
