Upon arrival our air did not work. Staff said they would address it and it was not. Went to the Opy and came back to it still 77 degrees. With it being late and having 5 ladies in the room it was hot hot hot all night. When we returned the front desk worker was watching TV and not attending to guests coming back or safety measures. The restroom down stairs had soap bubbles coming out of the drain and an odd odor. Over night our vehicle was one of 10 that was broken into. (Second time lot was hit in one week and many other times) The front desk could care less and not helpful with the situation. When asked if we could extend our check out time they said, I guess we can extend until 2pm. We were stuck all day with the mobile glass company not being able to locate glass for our vehicle. Very disappointing stay for a ladies trip / birthday celebration.

There was a peloton in the gym! All of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a few minute drive from the airport, and that counts when you’re exhausted and get in in the middle of the night.

Great hotel for BNA airport

This was a great hotel for flying out of the Nashville airport! I left my car there for 14 nights and they only charge $10/day. Their shuttle was so convenient both coming and going.

New Years with Element !!

This is a great hotel, offering updated rooms and well-equipped kitchenettes with dishes, cookware, and all the utensils needed to prepare a full meal, available in select room types. Plus, the chef grilling up the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. The only concern I had was reports of car break-ins from other guests, but during my 3-day stay, I didn’t experience any issues. I’d definitely stay here again!
