Loved our stay. Easy access to where we were going. Very clean and neat. Loved the patio area which we used nightly. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink had no water pressure and depending on when you took a shower, you could start out with great water pressure and even in the middle of the shower it could go to barely a drizzle from the shower head. We were on the 6th and top floor however that was disappointing during shower time.

The most important thing to me when staying at a hotel is cleanliness and Element hit the mark. I felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the chairs, sleeping in the bed, using the sinks. I appreciated having filtered water available to drink in my room. I even liked the shower - it was clean, wide, easy to use, and hot! Mostly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk folks to those keeping the breakfast area clean & stocked, to the fantastic valet team, service is top-notch. A special shout-out to the valet team as I'm sure they might not get recognized much, but this team was professional, quick & efficient, and most of all, very friendly & welcoming. Each valet I interacted with was delightful. I will be recommending this hotel to our team for all our Nashville visits.

Hotel was great! Room were very clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was when I booked the room I did not see on the page where there was valet parking. The property is unique. We had a small room. If you don’t mind the lack of privacy when showering or using the toilet, you’ll be good. Both only have glass doors in a studio layout room.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The couch was the most uncomfortable one ever. We didn’t spend much time there though. I wish there’d have been a parking option but it is valet only. Will stay here again!
