The property was very spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to Broadway, but far enough away to be peaceful. The hosts were exceptionally responsive to any questions we had and provided excellent restaurant recommendations, many of which were in walking distance. Parking was available and safe.

Great visit

We enjoyed the property and our stay. The host was responsive, check in was easy, and everything was in order. The train track over the river was close enough to interrupt our sleep somewhat, but it was a fairly minor factor during an enjoyable stay.

Right next to the train tracks which doesn't bother me, but keep that in mind. Very nice and much bigger than I imagined from the pictures online. About a 15 minute walk to/from Broadway. A bunch of homeless people in the parks on the way so don't walk alone or take an Uber.I would definitely stay again.

classy place with a beautiful river view

We loved the vibe of the place. The beds were comfy and decor well done. The bookers were very nice to work with. Celebrated my 25th birthday in style with my best friends! Nice walk to Broadway. Very convenient location and felt safe. Wish we could have stayed longer! Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the river. Thank you!

Nashville condo

The location was great. Easy to get to all activities and sights in the area. Always felt safe walking in the area. The condo itself was great - I am not a fan of spiders as there were many orb spiders (outside) on the upstairs deck. The owners were very responsive when needed. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Nice property, walking distance to Broadway St

This was a nice property that is easily walking distance (about 3/4 mile) to the music row on Broadway Street, but far enough away that you can't hear the crowds. That said, there is a train track right over the bridge next to the apartment and trains seem to be running through most of the day and night.
