1.5 miles from charming downtown Franklin and 20 miles from Broadway. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Half basketball in back. Nordictrack commercial treadmill with ifit in garage. Outside seating and play area. All photos are up to date. Please know this is a real family home with kids and dogs. We are happy to share our home with other real families looking for fun and adventure!
