Loved all the Christmas decorations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Help with luggage both at check-in and check-out was seamless and attendant very friendly. Valet parking attendants were excellent. Totally enjoyed the Riverboat Cruise at the end of our stay.......oh, and the ICE sculptures were amazing!!!

The room was spotless and the staff answered all inquiries without issue. The entire facility was well maintained and we’re looking forward to a return trip for the water park. This trip was intended for Christmas festivities.

From the moment we arrived, this place set the tone for an incredible Nashville trip. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out—exactly what you want after long days exploring the city. Everything felt fresh, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff truly stood out. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, they made check-in smooth and were always happy to offer recommendations or help with anything we needed. It felt like Southern hospitality done right. The location was perfect—close enough to the action to soak in the energy of Nashville, yet peaceful enough to relax and recharge. Whether we were heading out for live music, great food, or just walking the city, everything was easy to access. Overall, this stay elevated our entire trip. Comfortable, clean, well run, and full of good vibes. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.
