Unable to check in even though we didn't get there until 6PM. Got our room around 8PM. They did give us a $75 credit for their outlets after I asked. Missed dinner reservations because of checking in late. Bell men and valets were great, as with our housekeeper. Phone in room did not work, no info in room at all for room service, etc..

The corner room itself was beautiful with a great view, and the location is super convenient for exploring Nashville. Unfortunately, the customer service was a major letdown. Staff were unhelpful and at times even dismissive, which really took away from the experience. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better service. Disappointing overall.
