Our room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The best part of the breakfast was the kindness of the two women who were working in the breakfast area. The blueberry scones are always yummy, please do not get rid of them. The entire hotel is clean. The couch and chair in the larger rooms need to be updated and more comfortable. The couch is very uncomfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. We stay at this Hampton Inn evey year on our way home from Orlando. This visit was only to Nashville and we enjoyed our six night stay. Thank you!

Bedbugs on the 6th floor. I woke up with bedbugs biting my arms and have pictures of all the whelps and bedbugs crawling on the pillows. They did give me a different room and comped 1 night but tried to say it wasn’t bedbugs and should have comped the whole weekend not to mention my clothing and suitcase having to be thrown away or completely gone through and heat treated plus the hassle of all the itchy bites. I expected more from a Hampton in in terms of fixing the situation. Completely disappointed with the outcome

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. There’s a great restaurant (bar food, but very good bar food) connected to the property, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty standard fare. There is plenty of parking and this hotel is walking distance from Skyline Hospital.
