Great location and super comfortable

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Nashville for 1 night. It was the best! Great location and super comfortable bed. The check in process was easy and the staff were very friendly. Parking is valet but it was nice that it’s a covered and secured lot. It was right across the Martin BBQ joint and we loved everything we ordered there! Highly recommend this hotel!

We liked the location. They have a nice bar in the lobby. They also had two restaurants in the hotel. I really liked the flavored water in the lobby. It was a nice touch.

Well for starters we didn’t have water in our whole hotel for over 5 hours. There was also a problem with parking, the third shift valet workers were not friendly at all and just didn’t care about their job. It was very disappointing for my first Hilton stay.

While the staff was great no issues the bldg was under construction and we were told the water may not be working !? hello my toilet wasnt working what kind of hotel rents rooms where bathrooms dont work!? also the bathroom we dis have had dirty sink and the handicap bar in bathroom was loose (how is it supposed to stop u drom falling if it is falling out of the wall) little things make big difference presentation makes a difference its your brand and im a hilton homors member and u gave me a not so great room and it reflects your company looked cheap and old
