Front desk people were very friendly and super helpful. Room was a little disappointing in comparison to staying at other Holiday Inns. Did not have enough hooks in bathroom. Only had one for two peoples towels and no hooks for hand towels. Toilet was extremely low. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from.

Breakfast was great- Location was great, and more affordable that staying downtown Nashville. Was in town just for a night for a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get downtown. Very nice location.

Front-desk staff were all very friendly - cleaning staff spoke no English at all. The cleaning was not great... it's like every room is round - every corner had dirt and dust bunnies, we found food on the carpet and a couple of dead spiders. Just wasn't up to the standards of other places we stayed.
