Hotel is fine.... A short walk up from Broadway. Unfortunately there's several homeless people on that walk at all times who harass everyone every time. Hotel room was comfortable. They have a small shop, unfortunately didn't gave any toothbrushes. Wish they wouldn't price gouge the sodas but it was nice to have them there. Compare with the prices of the purge Holiday Inn closer to Broadway before purchasing

The staff was excellent. Marcedes, Val, and Mary, the security guard who assisted us on our first night, were professional and helpful. The staff made our stay much more enjoyable. Both rooms we stayed in were clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful and very welcoming each time we came into or out of the hotel. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful each day. I look forward to returning to the hotel in the future and staying again to see a show at the Grand Old Opry. Great location. Easy walk to all the attractions and honky tonks. Breakfast was better than most places that offer breakfast with the stay. The evening reception is weak. I was expecting more than celery, carrots, and fruit, but better than nothing, I guess. All the employees were very friendly and polite. I would stay again.
