We stayed overnight. There was a very questionable soft spot in the floor near the ice machine on the second level. We tried asking the front clerk about area traffic and the area in general (didn’t seem to be familiar of either or helpful at all) but otherwise we found the room comfortable. We would stay here again if needed. Basic stay for a basic price.

I was double charged for my entire stay and still haven’t received my credit. Upon arrival to check in we had to wait for 15-20 minutes due to no one at the desk. I’m a rewards member and offered no water, points, or anything. When I stayed at one the night before in a different state completely different experience. Friendly, helpful, and polite, we felt like we were welcomed. I am disappointed and would still like my credit.

Pros: Friendly staff. Hot food. Bed just right. Excellent location Cons: Suite is not a suite. It is just a regular room with a sofa bed. No separate area. Exercise table in room broken. Not enough parking spaces. Will stay again but won’t pay suite prices. Just get regular room as it is identical to regular rooms.

The beds were really comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was nice, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was just your typical hotel breakfast with pancakes instead of waffles, but they were slow to restock when things ran out (cinnamon rolls, yogurt, eggs). The hotel is a about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and is a good, cheaper option if you don't mind the commute and paying to park once you get there.
