Great service from the front desk to the restaurant to the shuttle. I had to stay one night after my flight was cancelled. I was tired and the great service meant a lot. The staff was great!

I arrived at the hotel after 9:30 PM due to a late flight, and unfortunately, check-in was a frustrating experience. The front desk was short-staffed, and I had to wait nearly an hour just to get my room. I was already tired and grumpy, and the lack of efficient service didn’t help. Once I finally got to my room, I found a bright exterior light right outside the window—and no blackout shades—making it difficult to get any restful sleep. Overall, not the welcoming or restful stay I was hoping for.

Needs Improvement

This is a newer hotel so everything is pretty modern. I didnt give it full stars because the water pressure in the shower was very low and the room was not clean. The floor was sticky, you could tell they didnt wipe the desk/table because it had stains on it and bottle wash bottle was empty.

Very nice rooms. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was good although it took a very long time for anyone to wait on us. Air conditioning did not work in our room, but we were moved to another room and it worked fine. Bathroom door is a cute sliding door, but could not be locked. Plug in receptacle in bathroom did not work and there were no orher mirrors in the room so we had to do our hair without a mirror. Pool was great! Pool room and water were comfortable temperatures. Seeing the airplanes fly over was kind of cool and was not super loud as I anticipated it might be. I would stay at this hotel again.

While the beds were comfortable there were various items in the room broken or needing attention; the toilet handle was broken, bed lights did not work, the volume of the tv remote didn’t work, the water pressure was low in the shower, the keurig didn’t work and the bathroom door was very noisy. Overall we were inconvenienced.

Shuttle driver didn’t stop and lied about it

Our first room was 77 degrees and the ac unit was inoperable. We were quickly Moved to another room which was nice. We used the shuttle service to the airport which is where the service got a low mark. Ride over was fine. However I was dropping off my son and needed to return. I waited over an hour for the shuttle. Other hotels had already stopped twice (mariott stopped three times) in the hour I waited. I called the front desk and the driver told him that he did stop but no one was there. I most certainly was (as were many others). So not only did he not stop he lied about it.
