The hotel staff, environment, and overall service were very good. I really liked the stay. However, I did face one issue: I booked two rooms for five nights with complimentary breakfast, but the hotel receptionist informed me that Expedia did not mention breakfast in the reservation. She asked me to show my confirmation email as proof, which was a bit embarrassing for me in front of my guest. I hope Expedia will be more careful with these kinds of issues in the future. Other than that, everything was great

Breakfast I thought would be better than a La Quinta or Hampton Inn but was even worse. The other two places had hot pancakes-n-waffles at least. The hot selections were not good. Breakfast sandwiches looked like they were from a gas station and the cheese omelettes were pre-made and microwaved. The rest of the stay was 5 star all the way!

Lots of problems. Bathroom sliding door was way too heavy to slide. Tv and internet was out most of Sunday night.Latch on door to temporarily keep it opens rack, did not work. I saved $100, but too many issues. Help was great, but issues were out of their control. Would not go back. Bed was comfortable.

The room was in good shape, nice and clean. I had a question about the internet and called down to the front desk. The phone rang many times with no answer, I called back, someone finally answered and said to wait for a minute, and I ended up waiting over 5 minutes without anyone answering. I then hung up and figured it out myself. We stayed three nights starting on Friday, and on Sunday we left our room around 9:30am and returned that evening and our room was not attended to at all. We called down for some fresh towels and they were delivered immediately.
