Hotel staff was great. Was able to get into my room early. The hotel shuttle to downtown was a great benefit as there really is nothing around the hotel so you’ll need to drive or uber. The rooms are clean and spacious but also near the road so you will hear road noise when trying to fall asleep (expected in a city!)

The room was very clean. The front staff were very courteous. The ladies who clean the hotel should be highly commended. Their work ethic and personal interaction made my stay wonderful. I don’t know if they get recommendations, but they should. They would be the reason I recommend this hotel. Clean rooms and feeling I matter is what they brought to my experience.

The room was spotless.The staff was outstanding, a shout out to the breakfast lady who kept the breakfast different and well stock every morning she should get some recognition for her service. The shuttle drivers were also outstanding especially the morning driver.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The room was spotless and spacious. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel having the shuttle service was such a plus, we didnt have to drive anywhere, and he was so helpful with tips and things to do. The breakfast was just amazing. Everything was nice and fresh, and so clean and inviting. This is my first time staying at Home2 but will not be the last. Thank you Home2 from Nashville for making our stay so great

Prior reviews indicated an airport shuttle service, let me be very clear - The is no airport shuttle, and apparently never has been. This is the reason we chose this hotel over other similar hotels. It cost us $38 to get to the airport via uber. There is, however, a local area shuttle which is very convenient to get to and from Broadway, but the last pickup is 9:30 pm. It is then very difficult and expensive to get an uber back late at night. Pluses are: the convenience of the area shuttle and friendly drivers. The room was a great size and quite comfortable. Negatives: absolutely atrocious, inedible breakfast, in fact have never seen worse. Really bad smell upon entering the hotel (almost like a sewer smell). No airport shuttle, that info needs to be removed from the “top” reviews section. Nothing much around the area to get something to eat.
