Mixed feelings about the hotel

Room was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle was great first couple days and then was unreliable the rest of the trip. Had to pay a ridiculous price for parking for a couple hours when we had to take the car to Broadway due to no shuttle service.

This is a hidden gem! The rooms are very well sized and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Our drivers while using the shuttle bus were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (especially Kevin). We will be back for future visits.

Do not go here

Check in process was so terrible. The employee was new and had to call someone else for everything. Not sure why she was even working by herself in that case. Took almost an hour trying to check me in. She could explain the extra charges which was insane. I canceled the reservation and simply opted to pay a little extra for a better experience.
