Location was great!

Overall our stay was okay. I traveled with both of my children and we checked in but got a room that was not what i paid for. I immedately addressed it at the front desk but was told I did not get the suite hotel but I showed proof I did. At first I was told they did not have any available suites but I was not going to take no for an answer and finally after 25 minutes we got a suite. Upon entering the room it was clean and spacious but the sofa bed was broken. I did not address this with the staff because honestly we were just ready to settle in because we were tired. The breakfast was delicious and also the cleaning staff were amazing, they were always available. What i loved the most was the location because we could walk to broadway street and also to other local places that are walking distance.

Quick trip to "Guitar Town" Nashville TN

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and they loved dogs! Lobby and hallways smelled so good. Room was clean and cool when we arrived. Location is a short walk to various restaurants and music venues. We are from New York and expect to walk everywhere. This was perfect for us. Breakfast at this hotel was OUTSTANDING! The staff was responsive to all guests needs when something was empty even when there was only 15 minutes left to go. The variety of items each day as well as every day was really unexpected. Not only did they have the standard scrambled eggs but also waffles, breakfast burrito fixings, yogurt, fruit, cereal plus every hot and cold breakfast beverage you could want. The only thing I would change is to have a tray to take food back to the room as my husband is not a morning person. The room we had was on the 4th floor in the middle. We had no view or access to the outside so the room was SUPER quiet. The room had a full fridge plus everything except an oven that would be in a regular kitchen. Astounding! The TV in the Living Room and the couch were where we spent most of our time. There is lots of storage for clothing if you like to put clothes in a drawer like we do. If I could make it better, I would add a small dining table in the front room. I would also make the sink area a bit bigger. It was tough when someone came out of the toilet area. Amazing hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again!!!
