The hotel is great. It has a cool ambiance. Everyone is kind. Outside of the bar, the service is a little slow and maybe understaffed. We were waiting to get coffees to go and ended up just leaving after 10 mins. The room lighting is a little low especially in the bathroom when trying to put makeup on. Just an FYI to the ladies. :-)

It’s only my first day at Hotel Indigo Nashville, yet this trip already feels so special. From the polished rooms to the thoughtful welcome, everything has exceeded my expectations. I would stay at this hotel again. A Nashville hotel that is not near Broadway, but is walkable to all attractions. It is in Printers Alley; which ended up being where we ended every night, because it was so fun and could always sit down and enjoy the music. This hotel is decorated very cool. The bar off the lobby is great, and the bartenders were awesome. Staff at hotel is also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville. Rooms are big, compared to say a hotel in New York City. Very spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms are very nice and big.

First up, the staff was outstanding. They made me feel right at home. The room was clean and quiet and the bed super comfortable. The hotel was close to everything but not in the noisiest part of the city. I always enjoy the Indigo.
