Room and bed terrific! Staff friendly helpful and lovely! Cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning the room- spilled an entire cup of coffee and went and talked to the cleaning staff and it was taken care of. So sorry about that. Great hotel close to downtown

The staff were fantastic. Unfortunately we weren’t aware that the expensive valet fee was actually way less than what the city charges you to park in the closest garage. The hotel was really unique and the room was well appointed. There were robes in the closet along with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and it’s very close to Broadway. There was a trash item on the bathroom counter from the previous guest and the floor was pretty dirty which were the only unfortunate takeaways.
