The automatic doors weren’t working. The employee that was dealing with physical issues had to manually pry the door open for each guest. She did not appear to be in the physical condition to be doing that repetitively. She deserves 5 stars for her customer service. The hotel also smelled. It caused my allergies to flair up. The bathroom was too small and the carpets need a deep clean.

I stayed this Hyatt Place, after staying at another location in Texas sort of expecting the same vibe - the outside vibe is same but the interior was definitely outdated a little bit. It’s located on a hill, removed from the the Main Street, but easy access to a Target and its plaza across street. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was sort of a crawl space. While I had a good stay, I think it was crazy I found ants in my room AND there was a $10/day fee for parking. Otherwise, an okay stay.

Not much unique, average hotel. Staff was courteous, room was clean and stocked. Issues: the front door had been broken for a while. It had to be manually opened and locked every time. And pay-for parking in the hotel parking lot, $9 a night. Cheap money grab if i paid to be a guest there already.
