Room was excellent. Hyatt needs to school their employees on ADA laws. I have fibromyalgia and find it hard to stand in the shower at times. I needed a room with a bath seat. He looked at me said “Oh, you’re down for an ADA room but do you really need it”? I was furious. Some disabilities can’t be seen. With fibromyalgia, one minute I can be find and then the next minute, I could have a flare. I was just taken aback by his comment.

It’s New years Eve and they did not offer a shuttle service. Also the bar closed at 10pm. I booked this Hotel for the shuttle service and bar. Won’t be staying there again.

The room was clean. Service was great. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was the breakfast was lacking variety and freshness. Other than that I’d recommend to anyone.
