PERFECT Nashville Stay

The property is in the perfect location. Very easy to get to, easy parking, and easily walkable to the Ryman and other popular spots. The room was large, clean, and had all of the amenities. LOVED staying here and would love to return.

Really nice stay at the spacious apartment which was in a good part of town but close to Broadway and shops and restaurants. I would recommend Kasa to friends and family and will look for the brand when I visit other Cities.

$1000 charges for stains we did not make

The unit was alright, but they charged us a $1000 fine for stains on the mattress that was definitely were not made by us. In the pictures they shared they clearly to have completley dried out wert stains, if those were made by us they would not have dried out within a day, and we only stayed there for a night. Also we asked them to show us the pictures of the sheets with the same stains and they stated claiming we might have removed the sheets and made the stains. They did not at least assure us that they will investigate. Very untrustworthy. Unfortunately, Hotels.com was not able to help either.

Routine upkeep was questionable as living room rug was all stained which looked to be urine stains. Poop was outside a couple doors. After making aware they still didn’t resolve.

A great find!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! We rented the studio apartment and it was everything we needed and more. The place is incredibly spacious, the bed was super comfortable as was the couch (which also was a pullout so could have slept 4 if needed). It was very clesn, fully stocked, and conveniently located to all the downtown Nashville fun with just a short walk. They communicate everything you need to know very clearly and timely. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Stayed here for a girls’ night with a bestie and it was perfect! We saw a musical and had an incredible dinner….all less than a 10 minute walk away. And we loved this perfect studio. If I come back to Nashville this will be my first choice place to stay! Very affordable too. Don’t change a thing!

Pleasantly surprised with our stay. Very cute building with secure entry. Parking the first time took some choreography- you have to park curbside and run into the building, find your room, then retrieve your parking pass, THEN repark in the garage across the street. Once we navigated that, we were impressed with the rest of our stay. Building has a ton of character and the way it’s set up, we rarely saw or heard anyone else. A nice little walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. It was comfortable, clean and our kitchenette was well stocked. We would definitely choose and recommend this place over a traditional hotel!

Staying at the Kasa Capitol Hill was a fantastic experience. The location cannot be beat, so close to Broadway. Getting into the building, the condo and navigating the parking across the street was clearly explained and a breeze. The condo itself was perfectly clean, well lit, and the linens on the beds were luxurious. When we come here again, we will be sure to stay here.

What an amazing stay. From the time of booking they were in constant contact. Make sure to read the check in instructions and pre-check in is a must to save you a headache. If you are parking in their lot make sure you don't have a big truck. We paid hell trying to get into and out of parking garage. The place is perfect other than that. Not much around it for late night food but broadway is about a 10min walk at the most. Overall 5* place. We will be staying here every time we stay in Nashville.

This is a great property to stay at if you’re looking to explore downtown Nashville. Easy 5 minute walk to some of the best bars we experienced downtown. Place was clean, quiet, a lot of space, and comfy bed. I’m not even researching another place to stay next time.

Beautiful property! Out of all the places we stayed during our road trip that did a virtual check in, this was by far the smoothest process. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance to most places we went. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying again whenever I’m in Nashville!
