The gentleman you checked me in, was not very friendly. He was standing outside the door when I arrived at the property just didn’t give me that welcoming customer service. The room had lots of wear and tear the enamel chipping in the bathtub. The floor outside the bathroom was buckling, and there was a drawer in the bedroom that would not stay shut. The hotel was OK enough for the purpose maybe had somewhere to sleep. The continental breakfast was horrible but that’s OK. Also we had other options going places nearby. The location was convenient for me. Also unfortunately does not a lot in the area. I get it there were lots of people walking around That have us nervous people smoking marijuana on the property.

Don’t trust hotel.com photos.

For starters don’t waste your time using the online check in they email you. Wasted my time entering my info and card information to fill out paperwork with the same info when I arrived. The elevator makes some scary noises so maybe take the stairs. The Hotel appeared clean upon arrival until you look at the finer details. Sticky floors and things on the wall. Our feet were dirty after walking on the floor in our room. Room was outdated and things falling apart. Stains on bedskirts, food stuck to nightstand, peeling bathtub…I could go on. The pictures hotels.com are very deceiving I feel tricked and want my money back. Very thin walls. The family above us had people running back and forth late into night. When we finally had enough and asked the front desk for help we were told to “give them time to settle down.” The noise continued most of the night and we were woken up at 6am to it again. You could also hear traffic from the road inside the room. We had an item go missing from the back of our truck. When we called about this we were told they couldn’t look into it until Monday and didn’t ask for any information to follow up with us. One of the worst stays I have experienced. If you need an expensive stay with low expectations this is the place for you!

The cleanliness is second to none. A young gal comes in almost every night around 5 and cleans, stocks, and mops the floors along with vacuuming. The gals cleaning the property are sweet and their cleaning is second to none as well. They have an amazing breakfast that will put the weight on you, we just wish they would serve bacon once in a while with scrambled eggs all the time. The beds are so comfortable it’s like sleeping at home. If your staying long term for your work you will want to go to the local laundromat as the dryer even with cleaning out the lent tray after each use and doing small loads to split up the laundry will still take two drys per small load and maybe still will not be dried. It’s 3 dollars per dry so that adds up. Or you will be wearing wet clothes to work the next day. Over all rating is a 9.

The tub could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was fine. It’s a convenient location and they are pet friendly, which is important to me. I’d stay there again.
