Staff was exceptional and very helpful, understanding and accommodating. 1st room had no AC. 2nd room had not been cleaned following a maintenance repair. 3rd room was fantastic! Breakfast was filling and pleasant.

We were pleased to find this hotel located about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville, which offered a convenient and quieter alternative to staying in the city center. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which we appreciated. There were, however, a few issues during our stay. The door to our room was difficult to open and required multiple attempts, even with assistance from staff. While the room itself appeared clean, the television was not functioning, and the bed made a noticeable squeaking sound with movement. We also overheard other guests mentioning they had to change rooms more than once due to cleanliness concerns. Breakfast offered a good variety, including waffles, bagels, sausage, eggs, biscuits, fruit, cereal, and diced potatoes. However, the powdered eggs were somewhat runny. Overall, the staff’s friendliness stood out to us and also a great place for a last minute weekend trip. 😊

The room was dated and could use some sprucing up for sure BUT the staff more than made up for anything not up to par. They went way above and beyound and should be recognized by their company. Without the staff rating would have been at 3 at best but because of them I give a solid 5!

Very pleasant staff, clean room and lobby areas. The only problem was the road noise all night from being so close to the highway. I would recommend requesting a room facing away from highway if possible.
