This large private estate is nestled on a 160 acre parcel split, and features it's own private pool, spa, waterslide, movie theater and more! This one-of-a-kind stay is guaranteed to give you a vacation to remember! Prepare to live your countryside dreams, but this time, IN LUXURY. Bring your friends and family together, because there is space for everyone to enjoy! Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee out on the back patio overlooking the endless greenery surrounding the property. Take in the quiet and serene landscaping before the rest of your group wakes up. Whip up a quick breakfast in the large gourmet-style kitchen FULLY stocked with your basic cooking essentials. As you wait for the mobile wine tasting you pre-ordered to arrive for the afternoon, get the group hyped up for some intense matches of ping-ping, pool, or foosball! Once the wine arrives, enjoy varieties of different wines from local wineries from the comfort of your own space, and be sure to cheers to the winner! Later, enjoy the rest of the afternoon by lounging pool side, and don't forget to make use of the water-slide to cool off into the pool! For lunch, throw some meat or veggies on the outdoor grill for a good old fashion cookout. Bring everyone together to enjoy your meal under the covered patio. As the sun starts to set, switch on the bistro lights and show off your putting skills on the private putting green. When the temperature drops, throw back on your bathing suit and unwind in the spa from your long day. For a night cap, switch on everyone's favorite movie and snuggle up in the private movie theater as a GoodNight Stay sleep awaits. Bed Set Up:
Primary Bedroom (main house - 1st floor): King bed with smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
2nd Bedroom (main house - 1st floor): King bed with en-suite bathroom
3rd Bedroom (main house - 2nd floor): King bed and Twin bed with en-suite bathroom
4th Bedroom (main house - 2nd floor): 2 Twin Bunk Beds and 1 Twin over Full bunk (6 beds total)
5th Bedroom (guest casita - ground level): Queen bed with smart TV
6th Bedroom (guest casita - ground level): Queen bed with smart TV and jack-and-jill bathroom.

Pool is SEASONAL (only open during the months of April - the end of October). Pool heat is optional, if you wish to have pool heat, please let us know 5 days before your check-in date.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same day move-ins will not be honored after 9AM AZ time. Please make an inquiry and we will accept or decline based on ability to accommodate.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- All listed amenities are to be used at guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
