We really loved the chilled out atmosphere at the Motif. Massive comfortable beds, kitchen and fridge, good seating area in the room too. The staff were really helpful and kind, overall a great stay!

We were extremely disappointed in this property. We were there for a wedding and there was not a closet. There was a tiny bar for hanging but it wasn't tall enough for women's dresses so everything dragged. The only drawers in the room were these 2 small ones that weren't bolted in the wall and almost crushed my foot when it fell forward when loaded with clothes. They also kept disabling my room key. The hotel room was so poorly designed and not worth the money. i'm extremely disappointed in my experience and not very likely to use AMEX travel again because I thought the properties would be vetted better.

Rooms have new designs and were priced affordably but we had several challenges. Baseboards were dirty, rooms were very small, you could bump your head on the nightstand and could barely get out of bed on one side. The luggage cart barely fit inside the door and there's very little space to put clothing. The bathroom was decent size and nice but the toilet paper holder was broken and there were scuff marks on the door and shower. And in the room above it sounded like a herd of cattle walking around every morning.
