Love this hotel

Excellent! One minor problem - our keys kept being deactivated for some reaso Had to go to the front desk 4 times for new keys and we only stayed for 2 nights. Instead of just making another key, One of the people at the desk questioned why I didn’t have my original key - “well how did you get in your room earlier “ - because my husband’s key worked earlier, but not when we got in the elevator.

Stayed at the Omni this weekend while in town for a concert. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. the room was immaculate and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The Omni will be my new go to when in Nashville.
