The room was spacious and the utilities were efficient and helpful. Decent view and great natural lighting. Ample parking and the staff was helpful. Bummer the train is so close and the bar and restaurant weren’t open yet. Would definitely stay here again if circumstances called for it!

Excellent stay. The room was very clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everything felt organized and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I really appreciated the overall cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and how smooth everything went during my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and they had sold the room we booked, so they put us in a smaller room with shared kitchen, fine, we didn’t care. We came to the hotel because we had no power ad we were a part of the horrific winter ice storm in Nashville. Unfortunately our room didn’t get above 61 degrees. We called, they came and said they would return in 15 minutes. They never came back. We checked out this morning and when I complained, the manager basically yelled at me when I asked if there was anything they could do. We will never go back to such a poorly rundown place! We felt like we were kicked while down!

The images were not accurate for the shared kitchen rooms, beds were full size (not the advertised Queen), the showers are designed such that water gets everywhere. TV was a modern smart TV which was nice to see.
