The Carriage House apartment (with 750 Five Star Reviews on the other site) is above a detached garage with your own private entrance and parking space. Since it is above the garage, please note there is one flight of stairs and the garage is actively used for parking (noise is very minimal) but is separated from the living space by a locked door. The space can sleep up to 4 people when using the pullout couch bed. Jason's place is wonderful. It is exactly as pictured only better. The little extras like snacks, coffee, and toiletry products were a really nice touch. The location is a short walk to downtown with many bars and restaurants nearby. The space is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I would love to stay here again if I am back in Nashville.

The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. We absolutely loved our stay, it exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Nashville even more special. It was the perfect sized property for two people. Very well equipped - everything had been thought about. The location was great for us - easy access to the buzz of the city but a very peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. We really enjoyed walking to Urban Cowboy for cocktails. Parking & laundry were both excellent. Jason was a very responsive host and sorted any little issues. A perfect stay!
