Clean property that did NOT spell like stale smoke like so many others in the area. Friendly staff and convenient to grand ole Opry are without being in all of the partying. Would stay again.

Good luck with communication with the staff

I had to cancel my reservation and called every number the hotel had listed and the employees would let it ring and then hang up the phone. I even tried to send emails with no response. I didn’t receive a refund and never stayed not one night. I will never return to this place.

This was a great hotel for the price. Staff was nice and breakfast was hot. The bed was super comfy too. No complaints. I liked that it was just 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville.
