The hotel was decent at best. I picked this location because we had an early morning flight back to our area. I gave it a lower rating simply because of the staff I felt like the hotel staff was unprofessional, and we were given one of the worst rooms with the the window/ view being level with the back of the hotel and its heating/ ac unit When I had requested something higher up with a city view my husband had never been to Nashville, and I wanted to show him how beautiful the city was. This is was less than a delightful example. But the room was clean. The bed was comfortable in the bathroom was nice.

Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.

The room service was upon request only, but we were not made aware of that until our 3rd day there, so our room didn’t get cleaned as I had expected. The elevator didn’t work about half the time we were there and we were staying on the 7th floor. The room ac also would never drop below 72, even though I set it at 68 at night time. Other than that, the staff was mostly friendly and the fitness center was much better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

We stayed here with our family before flying out of BNA. We had to shuttle at 3am. The staff was very friendly, the property was clean, and the room was comfortable.
