Great short stay for the sirport

Ideal for an overnight stay to go to the airport the next morning They provided a complementary shuttle to the airport and the driver was very helpful and friendly

The property is PET friendly, even though the rooms were cleaned, linen changed, but the SMELL of dogs would not leave. on the website it did not say pet friendly. For someone who is allergic and no pets around me, it was very smelly. I used disinfect, candles, rug sprays etc., the smell remained. It literally smelled like WET DOGS.

I didn’t stay at the property. The room was unacceptable - it smelled like a dog had died in there and very moldy smell. My nose was running and I got a headache while in the room, so I decided to leave. The beds did look clean but the motel itself is very run down. I have no idea why it is rated high unless they gave me the worst room and expected me to upgrade. Hotels always let me cancel if a room is unacceptable, but Travelocity has no such rules and I couldn’t cancel and the automated bot did not let me contact a real representative. And Red Roof Inn pocketed my payment. This is a scam!!!!

Booked a room for one night and when we went to check in, the front desk said that our card “didn’t go through” when I booked and they’d cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We were never sent a cancellation or any kind of notification that there was an issue and payment wasn’t due until we stayed so this was very frustrating since we’d just driven six hours. Very poor communication.
