We were on the 20th floor and I wouldn’t stay on any other if we go there again. It was clean, and most importantly it was quiet. I did however have a problem with them draining the pool before the date that they posted on their website, it was one of the reasons we picked that hotel, I tried to talk to them about it and got no answer. So that was bothersome

Well, there was only one light (out of four) that worked in the room which I tried to overlook because I don't like to complain but then the toilet wouldn't flush. Truly awful. In fact, that toilet should have been replaced a long time ago. It was in rough shape. I don't know if there is anything worse than that. They had "no other rooms available" and felt that these issues only amounted to a 15% discount. Other than that...it's a pretty good location. Most places were within walking distance. It's a 10 min walk from Broadway. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was very comfortable.
