Lovely home in a residential neighborhood
Our family loved staying at this home. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball and Pac-Man games in the basement room. We highly recommend this place.

Family vacation
This house was fantastic for our family to stay at. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, everyone had plenty of space. The location was close to the airport and only about 20 min to Broadway. Would stay here again!

Spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Easy to explore Percy Priest Lake spots, great pontoon & kayaking outings, easy to enjoy days despite COVID challenges. Jaunt south to vineyard was beautiful as was jaunt to Commings Falls. We avoided Broadway & it forced us to think outside of the box! House worked well for us

Lovely 3 BR near airport but still quiet
This lovely home is convenient to the airport but in a quiet neighborhood. We used the city streets to get into downtown, Vanderbilt, and the Hermitage and those were very easy drives. With the 2 TV's, washer/dryer, pans and utensils, and deck off of the kitchen, we could have stayed a month. We especially appreciated the stock of coffee and supplies, laundry supplies, and shower supplies. John, the owner, was just a text away for any questions we had.
