Didn't like how it wasn't apparent while making the reservation that they charge you freaking $20 to park your car at their precious hotel. So add that cost into the supposedly cheaper room price. Also we checked in after 1am and the desk clerk wasn't really the least bit pleasant. Must of disturbed them from scrolling on its phone.

Mixed review

Love the hotel best far as location, comfort, and cleanliness. There were a couple hiccups. I paid extra for a king corner room that was supposed to be from floor 11 through 14 and when I arrived I was informed they are only on floors three and four so I really didn't have a view other than the roof of the lower floor. Some of the pictures being used I believe are for the downtown location not the airport location especially when it comes to exterior views. This location also charges for parking which I don't believe was mentioned and I find to be unusual since it is not in a concentrated area.

The property is nice and the rooms are also, but my only problem was how thin the walls are. We could hear thru the walls like the person was sitting right in the room with us. But other than that it is a nice place to stay as long as yiur neighbors aren't too loud.

We love having a staycation at Sonesta. The staff is always great. Breakfast is delicious and we stay at Sonesta for the pool.
