First I would like to say that the room was spacious and when we first checked in the room was clean . However during our stay no one ever came to clean the room , give us new towels or rags change the bedding or take the trash out . We had to take the trash out daily by ourselves, go down and ask for clean towels and rags for the 4 days that we stayed there and the AC wasn’t working in the 17 degree weather so we couldn’t turn the heater own . One time an alarm was going off in our room and when I called downstairs to tell them they said they would send someone up but never did . The only reason I gave average and not poor was because of the spacious room . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else

The people at the front desk are excellent. The only issue is there was a water problem at the hotel First room assigned #227 had a smell to it from the bathroom sink and the TV didn’t work. Fortunately, there was another room available #222 which smelled fresh and the TV worked. The rating is lower for condition of the first room. Your cleaning service should have caught the issues in advance in #227 and alerted their Supervisor to alleviate the ill convenience to a paying customer. I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel so no rating for that.

My experience was below expectations. There was a noticeable musty smell in the room, and the bathroom had mold issues. With the extra $15 daily charge, I expected simple things to be well maintained, but that wasn’t the case.

We experienced a morning filled with cigarette smoke from another room. People are people. It was terrible. The desk person said she couldn’t smell a thing. Perhaps a smoker herself? Idk. It came clear into the breakfast room. My son who use to be a solid smoker, it bothered him. He kept mentioning it. Thanks for your attention to keeping an eye out.

The hotel is centrally located and easy and convenient to get to. The area has restaurants close by. The rooms are comfortable, with lots of space. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. The rate is very reasonable for the size and perks (breakfast and indoor pool). This is a great option!
