Very nice and clean for the price. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. They had the air on and there was a welcome video on the tv. Nice walk in shower. Breakfast was very basic quick and go but fresh. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours. Location was perfect and safe. We had no problems. Very quiet and it’s close to Gaylord resorts opry land and the mall. Very clean.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Apparently was newly updated. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Only drawback was limited food at continental breakfast, but what was there was good. And our toilet would not flush properly

We loved the easy, walkable, access to the Sante Fe Cattle restaurant. It was delicious, great service and nice portions. I did enjoy being near the Opry, we drove to the mall, and walked around there. Very nice, out of the downtown area, place to stay for the night.

The toilets were stopped up they tried to unstop then during the night it came up thru shower and sink and was a horrible smell . Moved to a different room and the smell was still in that room . Overall it was very flustering to say the least.
