Well when we walked in rhe toilet paper holder was sitting on toilet i immediatly went to front desk to inform them i did not do this cause there was a 74 damge fee she asked if i wanted to be moved well we decided to stay cause we had alredy un packed most befor we got into bathroom so i declined they di next morning come in to repar but used a little too much bleach which sort of go r a little buzz off of cause no blower to suck smell out yes a vent but no fan in bathroom giy was very nice and friendly he was kinda like myself why didnt the house keeping tell him before the rented room but oh well alls well that ends well other than that as long as i get my deposit back it will all b be good

Very basic, no frills hotel, clean, affordable, with friendly staff. Basic breakfast was fine with bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

There was a lot of long black hair in the bathmat and on the shower wall. No sower gel in the dispenser. Bed had fresh sheets, but needed the blanket changed--musty smell.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for directions! Our room was super clean and totally sound proofed. The lobby area is large and has a cozy feel to it. Breakfast was a typical offering of cereal, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juices and coffee/tea. The only noticeable thing was the sink faucet seemed set back to far making it a challenge to wash the face. The location is excellent. Opryland is within walking distance or you can drive to the mall, park near the movie theatre and walk across the Opryland parking lot to access.

Spark Nashville is in a great location to get around the city but be far enough away you dont have to deal with the city. The place is newly remodeled and clean. It is a value hotel so it is what it is but its a great value in a city where hotel prices are getting out of hand.

The hotel itself was great. Clean and close to opryland. The only con was that there were 7 cars broken into (windows busted). 6 the first night and 1 the second. I guess its common along that strip of hotels.its very unfortunate because its not the hotels fault but i think the staff needs to be more aware of this. Better security maybe.

Not enough towels and washcloths had to go get them each day and last day only had 1 big towel . They donot replenish as the sign said in the bathroom. Breakfast is very limited needed omelets or pancakes and some scrambled eggs and meat
