We stayed in a studio. King bed, full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, full size microwave, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. super clean, spacious and modern. Nice free breakfast. Has a happy hour in week days but we get there late. I would recommend the hotel

One of the employees had an absolutely terrible attitude. I’ve already called Staybridge to file a complaint about this incident. He overreacted to a simple question, didn’t let me finish speaking, and kept interrupting me with an angry and aggressive tone. It was extremely unpleasant. On top of that, he was talking on speakerphone—clearly about something unrelated to work—the entire time, and handled my inquiry half-heartedly while on that call. Just thinking about it makes me angry again. For context, my question was about the housekeeping service being skipped multiple times, but he lost his temper, saying, “That’s not my responsibility.

Very comfortable accommodations. Pool area was nice, breakfast was standard with plentiful options. The staff needs hospitality training, and there was never a manager on duty when requested.

Nice Hotel

Great hotel, rooms are big and clean and the cooktop is a fantastic addition. Breakfast was good as well. Only 20 minutes from MTSU

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. Our room smelled like a dog was in there before and it wasn’t deodorized well. I tried txting the hotel associate who texted me but no one ever responded. I was extremely busy this trip moving my son in his dorm so I forgot to stop by the office coming in and out and just ended up kinda dealing with it.
