Very accommodating. Steps were a little bit too much for 4 ladies 70-90 yrs old. But once we conquered the steps, the interior was fantastic—very well appointed and maintained!

The home was very nice clean beds comfortable Frank, the host was amazing. There is a large front yard and gated backyard. Also a river across the street. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

The host, Frank was very welcoming. We found everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Grocery store, Dicks sporting goods and downtown were all so close!We were able to visit with family who were close by too.The outdoor cat was a warm addition to our family stay.

The house is very nice. Bedrooms spacious, bathrooms both nice and great open living space. The yard is so spacious, pretty and private. The screened in porch was great. Boots the outdoor cat was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as described. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Frank, the host, was very responsive and available for questions. The location is a five minute drive from downtown Franklin. It is located very near the location of the Battle of Franklin which is now a lovely park. There is plenty of room for the family inside and out.

Lovely Home

This home was the perfect place for my mini family reunion. We needed a comfortable place to hang out, play games, and eat treats all day -- and this property fit the bill perfectly. Best Little Farm

This property is awesome; perfect for family. We truly enjoyed walking the property and discovering all the acreage. Wish we could have used the firepit, but we will just have to come back in the winter. Host is awesome.
