The property size and layout were great for our family of 5 (3 adult children). Two things were disappointing. First, and most cringeworthy, the home and kitchen utensils were not as clean as they should have been. Door knobs, drawer handles, and walls (especially in the bathroom off the kitchen) were dirty, sticky, and it looked like dried vomit all over the bathroom door, GROSS. The downstairs bathroom had urine still in the toilet, gross. Makes you really question the cleanliness of everything. Second, although there was a coffee pot, there were not even coffee filters. I would expect that a place in this price range would have the basics for coffee (filters, sweetener packets), and at the very least be clean enough that you weren't afraid to touch anything. The location was great. Check-in was easy. There was no way to access the home through the garage. It was annoying to send someone around the building to enter and then open the garage door. Checkout instructions were almost non-existent so I messaged the owners the day before checkout and received a response three days after I left. Not really what I would expect from a rental in this price range.

great girls weekend get away!
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed (including an iron and hairdryers- even though they were not listed!). It was perfect for a girls weekend in Nashville-everything was a quick Uber ride away! The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again...

Adequate-but could be better
It was very nice, clean, spacious and a good location. The description sounded like the owner was very available to give us suggestions as we were first timers to Nashville. We had no issues but would suggest a booklet with info regarding various restaurants nearby or must see things to do. No tissues, and the garbage outside was over flowing and smelled. Maybe another garbage barrel would help. I wouldn’t want to have to cook a meal there as there was only salt and pepper for condiments and it seemed an over abundance of fancy glassware and not enough everyday utensils and glassware. Overall it was just fine.

Very comfortable but expected more amenities for the price
Location was great and the space was perfect. Lots of room for my husband and I and three grown children. Very comfortable sitting area! Good dining and well stocked kitchen. The place was generally clean but a couple of areas overlooked: toilet brush holder upstairs bath had dirty water in it, towels looked washed but some had stains; trashcan in downstairs bath was missing the actual can insert. Sheets were clean, fresh, and soft- however, bottom sheets were not fitted and at times would come off mattress. Key pad- the 10 digit code had to be re-entered more than once for it to work. The one thing that I have come to expect from Vrbo homes is - coffee! Every place we have stayed in the past provided coffee, at least for the first morning. Mentioned all this on text to property manager and received a friendly and polite text back thanking me for feedback, at 3am. Computer generated? It was overall a pleasant stay, just a little more attention to detail would have made it perfect.

Stay in the 'Burbs, Play in the City
A busy-ish residential location with a 3 minute drive to Broadway to the East, and green rolling hills and sprawling estates the the West. The home is very roomy and well accessorized. An open floor with kitchen, dining and living room for all, a quaint little front porch, and three bedroom/baths on the top and bottom floors which offer real privacy.
