Mid level accommodations in a what seems an older property, really low bed, some of the doors and walls showed wear, tiles and grout dirty, etc. Parking is rough, very tight and only a few spots available. The street is where quite a few bars are located so very noisy nightlife, bottles, chicken bones and trash abound. Not terrible but definitely not a comfortable accommodation.

Check in was easy, codes got emailed to us. Parking is limited in their 4 space garage but we lucked out snagging a spot. Plenty of street parking around. The unit we were in didn’t have great a sound barrier. We could hear the music from the bar next door deep into the night and while the unit above us getting mopped/vacuumed. Esthetically, unit was great! Not as clean as I would have loved. It was certainly tidied and cleaned up, but there were still crumbs on floor by trash can when we arrived, some hair and dust in bathroom and the baseboards weren’t super clean which just makes you wonder. Full kitchen was super convenient. We felt safe getting in/out of building!

Excellent: Concept; floorplan; amenities; design; square footage of each unit; having your own washer/dryer; cute and eclectic surrounding neighborhood; proximity to downtown. Not so excellent: Parking (VERY limited and not monitored/enforced-- see below), window insulation (some rooms with large windows overlook late night bar). This is my second time staying at this location so obviously the cons aren't enough to keep me away. We really liked both stays but the parking and 2 am noise level were more problematic this time. Both because of the local bars.
