This home is conveniently located near the highway, offering easy access to major routes. While the bedrooms are positioned in a way that minimizes road noise, you might occasionally hear the hum of a truck passing through the living room area.

The neighborhood itself is undergoing exciting growth, with a blend of newly constructed homes and classic older properties that add character and charm.
