Everytime we used the elevator was a 5 minute wait minimum. I don’t know if it was the settings or not working properly . Then there is no access to the stairs going up so you are forced to wait for the elevators . Very frustrating and not worth staying there

Overall a good property. Staff was friendly, check in was quick, location is walking distance to Broadway, we were offered free water and snacks, room was clean etc. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the room having hardwood floors, but that’s just me. The lobby had plenty of amenities and almost had a hostel type vibe to it.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean and well decorated. The elevators were a problem. Waiting 10 minutes to leave our floor, we finally gave up and carried our luggage down 7 flights of stairs

great place, about a 8 min walk to Broadway st. The worst part of the stay was listening to the elevators bang throughout the night. The breakfast wasn’t to bad, very basic and there were alot of people eating there too
