The staff at Virgin Hotels Nashville went above and beyond during our recent stay. I was hosting an event offsite and they were beyond accommodating with mailroom requests, bell service, and housekeeping. The resort is quiet and beautiful while still being a unique Nashville aesthetic and vibe. I only wish there were more good food options late night!

From the time we pulled up and they approached our Uber to bring our luggage in till we left it was an amazing experience! Staff was courteous and friendly, the grounds and establishment we clean and well maintained! Definitely will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel. Cozy bar area and coffee shop we enjoyed. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. An added bonus was it was right on the marathon course. The room had an over powering scent when we checked in. But let them know and they immediately addressed it. We got checked in late while they took care of it but we didn’t mind. We will stay here again.

Stayed for a little solo vacay and had a great time. From parking and valet to check out the staff were amazing. So helpful with recommendations, help unpacking my car, valet, etc. Every day they asked how I was doing. The room was phenomenal. Clean, comfortable and unique. If you’re a musician, the alcove in the room by the bathroom has amazing acoustics. The pool was beautiful, albeit cold. I will absolutely stay again.

The property was nice. The pool was great but could be rented out by people not staying at the hotel which made it hard for guests to use. The staff weren’t helpful. Customer service was not a priority and seemed understaffed. I expected more from a 4.5 star hotel.

Beautiful, modern property

Very nice hotel. Utilized the restaurant, coffee bar, and pool during the stay. Restaurant food and drink were delicious. Coffee bar way too busy with just 1 person working. Pool very pleasant but somewhat limited seating so get their early. Only gripe was housekeeping - they just never really came so we gave up and just grabbed clean towels from them.
