The front desk lady is very nice, loved her honestly. She was so understanding due to the snow storm we needed somewhere to stay while the power was out. Made sure we had a ground floor room to make it easier to take our dog outside

Only good thing about it is it is off I-24. We don't like it for reason there was no tissue or paper towel; no dishes or silverware to be used. No complimentary bottle water and no breakfast!! Also, I was told that they charge $7.00 when asked for clean towels!!

Clean room but it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone at the front desk since they’re only there at certain hours. I accidentally forgot my glasses in a room and when I called the front desk that evening they said that the room hadn’t been cleaned and to check back the next day. When we checked back they said that they did not find them even though I know for sure I left them lay on the bed. There goes an expensive pair of frames. I hope the housekeeper enjoys them!
