Step into the backyard oasis, completed with a picnic bench, hanging twinkle lights, flower gardens, and a barbecue grill, perfect for intimate gatherings with family and friends.

Need Repairs, and a Deep Clean

This property's convenient location is its only redeeming quality. While spacious as advertised, the house is severely neglected and requires extensive repairs and cleaning. Issues include:Extensive uncleanliness: A deep clean is urgently needed; cockroaches were found in drawers and on the floor.Poor kitchen stocking: Insufficient supplies and utensils.Bathroom deficiencies: Lack of adequate towels and toilet paper (only two rolls for three bathrooms).Structural damage: Damaged doors, windows, flooring, stairs, and banisters require repair.Overall, this property's condition is unacceptable and I strongly advise against booking it. It was the worst property we experienced.

Did the job for an airport transfer

The goal of our stay was after flying into Nassau to stay here until our resort room was ready. The place was clean and adequate for that purpose and we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and check-in was a breeze. It had the main things we needed for our stay. However, I will mention that most areas of the house have broken or missing items like the closet doors and dressers missing knobs, cracks in the floor, a sink that wouldn’t drain, one coffee cup, a large rip in the couch, some windows that wouldn’t lock, etc.., but it worked for what we needed…close to the airport, clean beds, beautiful layout, large rooms, pretty balcony.
