It was very nice I loved being able to walk to the thru the hotels in the Baha Mar. I also had a lot of fun at club bond. The 4 starts is because of the hidden fees everywhere. Charging a resort fee, admin fee, VAT Fee that’s add up to over $100 a day. Plus they charge a room service fee when you are at the counter not in your room. A naked smoothie was $17 to be clear.

On our first night we had dinner at Cleo and then had 1 drink at the casino after. We spent the rest of our vacation with severe food poisoning. Unsure if it was the food or water/ice in the drinks but it completely ruined our experience. Expected more from this hotel.

Had a wonderful time. I was a little worried after reading a lot of reviews about how expensive this place is, but I don’t know what everyone in those reviews is comparing it to my wife and I felt like the prices were fine. People have to take into consideration that it cost more for the islands to get things there than it does in the states. That being said we had a wonderful time. Lots of dining options. There are liquor stores nearby. They don’t carry a lot of brands of alcohol so your best bet is to get something at the airport and duty-free. But the people there are wonderful and very accommodating taxi drivers will stop off at any store for you. If you’re a beach person, there are lots of beach chairs and they will give you an umbrella if you ask for one at no charge lots of pool areas to sit at if you’re a pool person so many dining options on the beach a few different restaurants and food trucks. This was our first time in the Bahamas. I will definitely be going back and I will definitely be staying here whether you choose the SLS the grand Hyatt or the Rosewood you can use all the facilities that they each have to offer some of the Rosewood options aren’t available to other guests, but I didn’t think that was a big deal.

3 days in the row we went to the room and had no shower towel and waited 1 hour for them and repeatedly called till they came including the 2 complimentary water bottles. This was the same for both of our rooms we had reserved and never emptied out the garbage. Also food tray was sitting outside the hallway for 2 days infont of our door.one day we didn’t have hair shampoo.

The property is nice. Rooms and carptes could use some updating. The staff is rude and as much as everything cost you wpuld think you could get a smile. Cross it off my list but wont be back.

Very nice property, smaller and slightly classier than Atlantis, but astonishingly overpriced. $43 for a double Jack Daniels on the rocks, $20 per beer. Smallest resort room I have ever had any any resort, not even space to put suitcases down. Poorly designed room - no bathroom door, and shower with glass door is open to full view from the hall when the room door is opened. We spent $1,200 for one night in a tiny room and Mexican food for dinner.

Beautiful resort, great room with exceptional housekeeping service. Everything is very expensive and overpriced. Room is very nice, clean with a great view, but again very expensive. Food is very good, but overpriced. We did have a bad experience at The Swimming Pig and Cafe Boulud. The Swimming Pig was not good and Cafe Boulud made a bad mistake with my daughter’s food allergy. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would return if it wasn’t for the price.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom is open concept and is beside the front entrance. Hence my rating.
