We were generally disappointed with our stay. We were given the wrong wrong when we arrived and our room had the names of the wrong guests, housekeeping had left behind their supplies and treats for a different couple were placed on our room. The staff were generally disengaged, we had to wait for service each day at the breakfast buffets, there was a water spill in the restaurant at breakfast and flies around the food. We generally felt like the property was run down and not worth the price, the coffee machines were down throughout our stay. The daily housekeeping was minimal, we did not get towel refills. The exceptions were at the island and certain restaurants. The service and experience at Queen pearl, the hibachi restaurant, steak house (Deshaun was our server), and generally the service on the boat ride and the private island were excellent.
