夏はサイコーだよ

今回スノボーをするのに、泊まりましたが、値段的には凄く満足してますが、このホテルは、どちらかと言うと夏泊まった方が良さそうなホテルでした。ロビーから部屋へ行くのに、外を歩かなくてはならないし、お風呂場がとても寒く、お湯も熱いお湯は出ませんでした。那須湯本で温泉には、入って来ていましたが、夜体が冷えてしまいお風呂にお湯を入れましたが、ぬるくて残念でした。

ややサービスに難あり

予約した人数と寝具やタオルが足りておりませんでした。夜遅くに気が付いた為、不足したまま過ごしてしまいましたが、今後はチェックインと同時に確認が必要だと思いました。また、夜8時頃にラウンジへコーヒーを取りに行くと「コーヒーの提供時間は終了」との事でした。他の旅籠屋を利用した際は、ラウンジが開いている際は利用が可能でした。ネットの施設設備欄にも「いつでもご自由にどうぞ」と記載されていたので、ちょっと残念でした。
